Cookies, Coffee and Chaos

Hi, I’m Cori. I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys, a wife to a cattle farmer and an all around ordinary small town gal. However, I have an extraordinary pull to the baking industry. I have loved baking since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Our wild Friday nights, nowadays, consist of the Food Networks Cookie Challenge, the latest holiday baking championship or Beat Bobby Flay. We LOVE the Pioneer Woman on Saturday mornings. She has become a staple in our home, however, she has the life I would love to live. Stay at home and bake all day, feed your hungry ranch family and (mainly) have someone else to wash my dishes! lol

I wanted to start this blog, not only to be able to share my love for baking, but for recipes that are tried and true in my book. I love to explore cookie ratios, sourdough endeavors and everything in between. I have the best taste testers around and would love to share what we’re baking in the kitchen.

Please follow along and always feel free to send me your tips/tricks/ways of doing things that may be different from mine. I love to learn what works and what could be changed to make it the best yet.
